Service Description

These sessions begin with simple stress-management practices to support your nervous system and help your body settle, followed by guided group energy healing. In a calm, supportive environment, participants often experience reduced stress, a greater sense of calm in the body, and renewed clarity. You’re welcome to simply listen and receive. There’s no expectation to participate or interact. Cameras on or off. At times, volunteers may choose to join for brief coaching or healing demonstrations, but there is never any pressure to engage. Skeptics welcome and encouraged. Just come as you are and let your system reset. It’s a great way to experience energy healing before booking a full session. Cancellation Policy

General Booking Policy Group Healing Events: These sessions are designed to be easy, flexible, and stress-free. How Access Works You can purchase single sessions. As long as you have available sessions, you can join any group event using the same recurring Zoom link. If you have no remaining credits, Wix will prompt you to purchase a new session or package. No cancellation fees. If you don’t join, it simply counts as an unused session. Join anytime during the session. Cameras on or off—your comfort first. 1:1 Coaching + Individual Energy Healing Sessions These sessions are time-reserved specifically for you, so a different policy applies. Cancellation + Rescheduling A 24-hour notice is required for both online and in-person sessions. Cancellations made within 24 hours or no-shows are non-refundable. If you’re running late, you may still join, but the session will end at the original time. Late Arrival If you are more than 15 minutes late without notice, the session may be considered a no-show. It blends mind-body skills, stress-management tools, and intuitive/energetic awareness to help you feel more grounded, adaptable, and capable in your daily life. This is not psychotherapy, medical treatment, or a substitute for licensed care. I don’t diagnose conditions or treat medical or psychiatric disorders.
