Service Description

A private 90-minute session designed to help you build adaptability, clarity, and resilience. Together, we’ll review your Wellness Compass profile, explore how your stress patterns show up in real time, and create a plan that supports whole-system balance. You’ll leave with a clear, personalized strategy and practical techniques that offer lasting relief and sustainable progress. Once you’ve completed your initial 90-minute session, you’ll have access to additional 60- or 30-minute sessions, available as single sessions or discounted 4- or 8-session packages to support your ongoing clarity, integration, and accountability. Cancellation Policy

General Booking Policy Group Events (Grounding To Go, Group Stress-Mgmt. Coaching, Community Wellness Circles, Monthly Workshops) These sessions are designed to be easy, flexible, and stress-free. How Access Works You can purchase single sessions or monthly packages. Packages include a set number of sessions; unused sessions do not roll over. As long as you have available sessions, you can join any group event using the same recurring Zoom link. If you have no remaining credits, Wix will prompt you to purchase a new session or package. Attendance No need to reserve a spot or notify me. No cancellation fees. If you don’t join, it simply counts as an unused session. Join anytime during the session. Cameras on or off—your comfort first. 1:1 Coaching + Individual Energy Healing Sessions These sessions are time-reserved specifically for you, so a different policy applies. Cancellation + Rescheduling A 24-hour notice is required for both online and in-person sessions. Cancellations made within 24 hours or no-shows are non-refundable. If you’re running late, you may still join, but the session will end at the original time. Late Arrival If you are more than 15 minutes late without notice, the session may be considered a no-show.
